Night at the Museum

The introduction of the Zahi Hawass collection this week by Lora Flaugh, President and Founder of Art Zulu, evokes the beauty of Egypt during the golden age of discovery in the early 20th century. Leading Egyptologist Dr. Zahi Hawass captures the essence of man in this elegantly crafted collection. He is also the star of the television show ‘Chasing Mummies’ on the History Channel.

The Zahi Hawass collection features natural dyes, vegetable dyes, and organic cottons with environmentally friendly fabrics that delivers a bold new look for men. The rich khakis, deep blues and soft, weathered leathers tie together the rich tapestry of ancient Egyptian artifacts in his new collection.

The full collection arrived at the Art Zulu studio this last week. For the first photo shoot Art Zulu was granted the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity of shooting at the King Tut exhibition in New York. Photographer James Weber and crew shot all night in the eerie company of mummies and artifacts without the crowds. Below are some of the results.
